How do I book?
Pick an open date on the calendar above, add the games you want, choose a pickup window, and hit send. It takes about a minute, and there's no payment needed just to request a date.
What happens after I send my request?
We'll text you back to confirm your date and pickup time, then send a payment link for your deposit. Once it's set, your date is locked — you pick up on your day and bring everything back the next day. We walk you through every step, so you're never guessing.
Paying
How does pricing and the bundle deal work?
During our grand opening, every game is just $15. Bundle up to save more: any 3 for $40, or any 6 for $75 — mix and match whichever games you want. Renting more than 6? The savings keep stacking (every 6 games is just $75), and the booking tool always applies your best possible price automatically — so a big order like 12 games comes out to $150, not full price. You'll see your total and exactly how much you're saving as you add games. This is launch pricing, so it won't last forever.

2. Reserve it — we send a quick Stripe link for your refundable deposit ($40–$150, scaled to the size of your order). On a card it's just a hold, not a charge — it locks in your date and is released after you return everything.
3. Pay your rental total, your way — either contactless (we send a Stripe link before pickup, you pay by card online, then just grab your games and go) or in person (pay cash when you pick up).

What's the deposit, and is it refundable?
It's a fully refundable security deposit, separate from your rental total. It scales with the size of your order so it stays fair — about $40 for a single game, $75 for a few, $100 for six, and up to $150 for large orders (you'll see your exact deposit in your total as you build your order). It just protects us in case anything comes back damaged, missing, or very late. The good part: on a card it's usually a temporary hold, not a charge — so once you return everything in good shape, the hold is simply released and you're never actually out the money.
Do I need a Stripe account or an app?
Nope. Stripe is just a secure checkout link — tap it, enter your card, done. No account to make, no app to download, no password to remember.

When and where do I pick up and return?
You pick up on your booked date during the time window we confirm by text, and bring everything back the next day. We're based in Weslaco and share the exact pickup spot and times when we confirm your booking.
Contactless or regular pickup — what's the difference?
Your choice, whatever's easier:
Contactless — we send your rental invoice ahead of time, you pay by card online, and your games are ready to load the moment you arrive. No payment on the spot.
Regular — just bring cash for your rental total and pay when you pick up.

Will the games fit in my car?
Good news — almost everything fits in a normal car, in the trunk or back seat. Only our three biggest pieces — Giant Connect 4, Jumbo Tetris and Axe Throwing — really want an SUV or truck. Giant Jenga fits any car but it's heavy, so bring someone to help lift. There's a full "Will it fit in your car?" guide right above the booking calendar.
What if I bring something back late or damaged?
Just text us as soon as you can. We're easygoing about normal wear and tear — that's expected. Real damage, missing pieces, or a very late return is what the deposit covers, and we'll always talk it through with you first.

No — we're pickup & return only, and it's fully contactless. Your games wait in a big container out front at our Weslaco spot; you load them into your vehicle and set them up at your party yourself (most take just a few minutes). Skipping delivery, loading and setup is exactly how we keep prices lower than the delivery companies — you grab it, play, and bring it back the next day.

Are the games safe for kids?
Yes. Everything's built for backyard fun for all ages, and our axe throwing uses soft, blunt-tip axes — safe for kids and adults alike.

Can two people book the same day?
We have one set of each game, so dates are first-come. The moment your deposit's paid, that day is locked for you — and we always text back to confirm, so you're never left guessing.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — just text us as early as you can and we'll do our best to move you to another open date. We'll go over the simple details when you book.
What area do you serve?
We're in Weslaco and serve the whole Rio Grande Valley. Since it's pickup, anyone who can drive to us — McAllen, Mercedes, Donna, Harlingen and beyond — is welcome to book.
